Book: Fall is Not Easy by Marty Kelley.

Song/Chant: Weather Rhythms based on the song of the same name from the H.U.M. All Year Long CD.

Book: Twelve Hats for Lena by Karen Katz.

Final Activity: New Year's Countdown. We handed out instruments to all of the children, then we counted down from ten and shouted "Happy New Year!"
